PRINT’S 2014 REGIONAL DESIGN ANNUAL – America’s National Design Competition
The Regional Design Annual is the only comprehensive survey of outstanding design throughout the United States. Print’s Regional Design Annual is seen by tens of thousands of creative professionals, among the largest such audience in the country. It is an essential resource for art directors and studios looking for exceptional designers.

Winning entries will be:
- Featured in the December 2014 Regional Design Annual issue of Print magazine.
- Celebrated on the Regional Design Annual website.
- NEW: Included in a new on-site gallery devoted entirely to RDA winners at HOW Design Live 2015
Plus, for the first time ever, top winners will be chosen from each of the six regions. These six winners will be invited as special guests to HOW Design Live 2015 (airfare and hotel included) and honored at the conference in a special awards ceremony.
Early-Bird deadline: February 3, 2014 – $75 single entry fee and $100 campaign and series entry fee**
- Regular deadline: March 3, 2014 – $85 single entry fee and $110 campaign and series entry fee**
- Late deadline: May 30, 2014 – $95 single entry fee and $120 campaign and series entry fee**
All entries must be submitted online no later than February 3, 2014 to receive the special early bird entry fee. Entries submitted after February 3 will be charged our regular entry fees. Entries submitted after March 3 will be charged our late entry fees.
By submitting work and entry fees, entrants acknowledge Print’s right to show the winners in Print’s Regional Design Annual 2014 and on its website and related digital products.
** Ad campaigns, book cover series, corporate brochure series, or poster series will all be considered campaigns. Any packaging entry, whether a single package or a family of packages, will be considered a single entry. Any letterhead entry that consists of stationery, envelope, and business card will be considered a single entry.
Winners will be notified on or before August 31, 2014.
WHO: Any art director, designer, illustrator, photographer, typographer, etc., working anywhere in the 50 states or the District of Columbia.
WHAT: Any printed communication or web design that appeared or was published in the U.S. between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013.
You must enter online*. You may submit up to 10 files per entry (5 MB per file). Acceptable file types include .gif, .jpeg, .png., .mpg, .pdf, .mov, .avi, .mp4, or .wma formats. If your work is selected as a finalist you may be asked to send a sample.
Please make credits and descriptions as complete and accurate as possible. For symbol and logo entries in particular, state the nature of the client’s business. Note: Artists’ reps who submit entries must state their artists’ location on entry coupons.
